I charge £1300 per week which covers all my personal time and travel costs.
All other costings for paint, sanding discs and dock hire etc... are met by the customer.
It is then up to you with my input to decide how many weekly £1300s you wish to spend on your boat (or how many weeks your boat requires).
I only charge extra for aspects of the job that not everybody requires (obviously).
Some examples of this include.
Where customers want more than just the name sign written on the cabin sides.
The roof taking back to bare metal.
Changing some or all of the ropes/fenders.
I will forward you Whats-app pictures as the job progresses.
A GUIDE TO TIMESCALES...
A full paint job which includes treating all rusted areas, sanding back all surfaces and applying the required number of oxides, undercoats and glosses with a coach line can be acheived in 4 weeks.
This will also include the boat name sign written.
If the roof needs to be taken back to bare steel (and many do) or the windows need removing or/and replacing I may have to allow 5 weeks.
Any changes or variations from the originally agreed work will only be started with your consultation and full approval.
You will recieve daily pictures of the work done.
I will always prefer payment by bank transfer but if you are paying by cheque then please allow the appropriate number of days as funds need to be cleared on the day the boat is completed...which may not always be the delivery day.
